One-to-One Mentoring (Coaching)

Client: The individual purchasing mentoring (“Mentee/Coachee”, “you”).
Mentor/Coach: The Empanetics-assigned professional delivering the sessions (“Mentor/Coach”).1) Program & Scope
- The mentoring program helps you apply the Interpersonal Trust Growth Framework™ (ITGF) and Rational-Empathy tools to the real relationships you choose.
- Packages: 3 or 6 × 60-minute 1-to-1 sessions (as stated on your invoice). A session may be extended at the Mentor/Coach’s discretion when needed.
- Outcomes depend on your context, effort, and follow-through (see §13 No Guarantees).2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally competent to contract under Indian law.3) Scheduling, Rescheduling, Expiry & No-Shows
- Pre-booked calendar invites: After purchase, you will receive calendar invites for the number of sessions purchased (dates/time zones stated in the invite).
- Rescheduling window: You may reschedule with ≥ 24 hours’ notice. Requests inside 24 hours are a late cancellation and the session is deemed used.
- Reschedule cap (both sides): A maximum of two (2) reschedules per program is permitted by either party across all sessions.
-- If a third or subsequent reschedule is initiated by the Mentee/Coachee, the last session in the program is deemed cancelled by the Mentee/Coachee (no refund).
-- If a third or subsequent reschedule is initiated by the Mentor/Coach/Empanetics, the last session in the program is deemed cancelled by Empanetics (refund applies for that session).
- No-show: A 10-minute grace applies. After that, the session is counted as used.
- Program expiry: All purchased sessions (3 or 6) must be completed within 16 weeks of purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing.4) Intake, Materials & Preparedness
- Workshop alumni: Please upload your Series-27 & 28 pages before Session 1 (or by the deadline set by your Mentor/Coach).
- New clients: You will receive a Mentoring Intake Pack (e.g., Trust-Map Lite, baseline pulse). Completion by the deadline stated by the Mentor/Coach is required for momentum.
-- If the Intake Pack is not completed by the stated deadline, the Mentor/Coach may (i) proceed with an alternate reflection plan within the booked slot, or (ii) request a reschedule—handled under the rescheduling policy in §3.5) Fees, Taxes, Payment & Refunds
- Fees are shown as Price + 18% GST. Payment via Razorpay confirms your program; an e-invoice is auto-emailed.
- The mentoring program is non-refundable once purchased (including unused sessions), except where required by law or where §3 triggers a refund for a Mentor/Coach-initiated excess reschedule.6) Mode of Delivery
Default mode is online (Zoom/Google Meet). In-person sessions may be offered at our discretion and may carry a venue fee.7) Context Specialists & Reassignment
- Based on your goals, you may be paired with a Context Specialist (e.g., clinical psychologist, executive leadership coach, or legal advisor).
- We may reassign a specialist for availability/fit. You will be notified in advance.8) Confidentiality, Privacy & Data Use
- Mentoring content is confidential. Third-party names you share are pseudonymised in notes by default.
- We process data per our Privacy Policy (India—DPDPA). Anonymised insights may be used to improve ITGF. No marketing use without your explicit consent.
- Recording: Sessions are not recorded by default. Recording is permitted only with verbal consent from both parties, reconfirmed at the start of the recording. Either party may withdraw consent at any time, ending the recording.9) Intellectual Property & Licence
- ITGF, Rational-Empathy methods, slides, and exercises are Empanetics IP.
- You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use them for your own development. Reproduction, paid training, or derivative publication requires written permission.10) Between-Session Support
- Light support via email/WhatsApp for clarifications is included; typical reply window within 48 business hours.
- In-depth reviews or extra calls may be billed separately with your prior approval. Not for emergencies.11) Professional Boundaries & Safety
- Mentoring is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or legal representation.
- Guidance offered by psychologists or lawyers in our network is educational, not a substitute for care or counsel. Seek your own clinician/attorney for diagnosis or representation.
- If we believe an issue requires specialist or emergency help, we may pause mentoring and recommend appropriate services.12) Rescheduling by Empanetics
If we must reschedule due to illness/emergency, we will offer earliest next slots. If we cancel the program entirely, unused sessions will be refunded pro-rata.13) No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., reconciliations, settlements, promotions). Results depend on your actions and external factors.14) Conduct
We maintain a respectful, safe environment. If conduct makes coaching unworkable, we may discontinue mentoring with a pro-rata refund of unused sessions.15) Force Majeure
We may reschedule or move online due to events beyond our control (e.g., outages, government orders). This does not create a claim for damages.16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; failing which, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.17) Contact
